Museum of Glass in Tacoma, Washington

by Brooke

The glass store I visited was the Museum of Glass in Tacoma, Washington. It is in the heart of downtown Tacoma. The building is very unique, so you can't miss it while in the city.

The service is great. All of the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the products that they sell.

At the Museum of Glass store, you can buy exhibition products, museum merchandise, books, media and of course, glass. They have a wide variety and there is something sure to please everyone.

The atmosphere is very pleasant. It is easy to browse around without being overwhelmed with so many shoppers. It gets busy, as people usually first walk through the museum and stop in at the gift shop after.

If you are from out of town, they offer international and domestic shipping for your convenience.

They also have a great return policy should you decide you don't like something after getting it home.

All in all, the Museum of Glass in Tacoma, Washington is a great place to visit. It's amazing to watch the process of all of the neat glass being made. They offer many programs and even have live glassmaking taking place every day.

The Museum of Glass is located at 1801 Dock Street in Tacoma. The Museum is open Wednesday through Saturday 10am to 5pm, Third Thursdays 10am to 8pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm. Admission is also free every third Thursday from 5pm to 8pm. Don't pass this place up! Enjoy!
