Independence Day

It is our Independence Day, which falls on the Fourth of July. This day honors the birthday of the United States of America. Red white and blue can be seen everywhere with flags whipping gracefully in the wind. A festive mood is in the air and everyone is breathing in this celebratory atmosphere.

That means observing the day with family bar-b-ques, games, parades, activities, fun and lots of fireworks! Family and friends are together to chat and celebrate. Block parties are gathered all over the place with the sharing of favorite recipes. Everyone is in a festive mood and wearing their red white and blue. Add some holiday pins to the festive atmosphere by making some 4th of July adornments for everyone.

This is the list for this year, but it will be updated as new items are designed and added. These will also be listed alphabetically on the fused glass patterns page. Be sure to purchase plenty of red white and blue glass so that you can make some of the following pins. Oh, you will need some green and black for the watermelon pin. Just click on the link to take your to the individual page.

  • 4th of July Hat

  • Firecrackers

  • Watermelon

  • Holiday pins are a fantastic way to give a little of the celebration to your family and friends. These cute pins can be created for that purpose. Make a few and hand them out to everyone who attends the celebration. This is a good way to remember the wonderful day and take a small commemorative piece home with everyone.
