Hotline Fusers Glue
Hotline Fusers Glue comes in two different forms.
It comes in a powder form that needs to be mixed with water.
The adhesive also can be purchased in a liquid form that comes in a small squeeze bottle.
The powder form comes in a one liter container.
Measure out the desired amount into a container.
Read the instructions on how much water to add and mix according to the directions.
When mixing any type of powder, be sure to follow the directions and safety precautions on the label.
If advised wear a dust mask for protection.
The liquid form can be purchased in small 4 oz squeezable containers.
Since it is pre-mixed it is ready for immediate application on your glass pieces.
Use sparingly around your glass pieces to secure them into place.
It is another slow setting and drying fusers glue.
Supposedly it will not leave a carbon spot residue and will not repel Spray “A” devit spray.
Use this fusing glue as you would any other type of glue.
It is excellent for holding stacked glass layers, frit, and stringers in place while you are compiling them for your fusing purposes.
It can also be used for frit casting like most other fusible glues. Simply mix with your desired glass powder and push into the prepared mold.
There are a few glass fusing enthusiasts who feel that fusers glue and Klyr-Fire are very similar in application and results.
Compare the prices and results yourself to find out which one works best for your particular projects.
